Parents and students are warmly invited to meet two popular Australian children’s and YA authors. Will Kostakis, our Author in Residence for 2025, is best known for writing whip-smart comedies that break, then mend, hearts. He will be joined by Old Haleian, Scott Wilson, co-creator of The Indigiverse comic series.

This event is designed to involve parents in their sons’ reading journey by introducing them to books and authors of interest to boys and young men.

A representative from Westbooks will also be in attendance, so you will have the opportunity to purchase books and have them signed by the authors on the night.
