Redfoot Youth Theatre

Hale boys and girls from high schools across Perth who are interested in drama come together at Redfoot, Hale School’s community youth theatre. Redfoot offers exciting and diverse theatrical opportunities by giving members the chance to perform in professional-quality theatre productions, under the guidance of staff and with resources and facilities provided by the School.

About eight productions are staged each year, including published works and company devised projects directed in-house by visiting directors or by the company members themselves. Underpinning the production programme is a series of workshops. Each term, members have the chance to participate in skills-based workshops covering all areas of theatrical production, sound and lighting design, costume and set design, stage management, film making, and practical acting skills workshops.

Redfoot is free to join, and students do not need theatre experience to apply, so whether you are a keen performer, writer, director or designer, there is a place for you here.

Simply complete the registration form HERE. Once you’re signed up we will contact you directly with any opportunities relevant to your year group.
