OUTSTANDING OUTCOMES FOR THE CLASS OF 2025

January 5, 2026

Hale School is extremely proud of the Class of 2025 for their hard work, commitment and outstanding achievements across both ATAR and WACE pathways. These results reflect academic excellence, balanced by the character and purpose developed throughout each student’s Hale journey.

There are many success stories to celebrate. Taj Siah achieved a perfect ATAR of 99.95, placing him among just 18 students across Western Australia to attain this exceptional result. Congratulations also to Jackson Choo and Oliver Porzig, who were awarded General Exhibitions for finishing in the top 50 ATAR students in the State, and to Kade Higgins, recipient of the General Exhibition for the highest-achieving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ATAR student in Western Australia.

The Class of 2025 has shown that strong results are built on consistency, discipline and genuine engagement with learning. Their achievements reinforce an important message for younger Hale boys and their families: success is shaped as much by effective study habits and passion for chosen subjects as it is by natural ability.

Hale’s 2025 results again highlight strength across a broad and diverse cohort. In total, 175 students, representing 83.5 per cent of the Year 12 group, completed an ATAR pathway, while a further 35 students pursued a VET pathway or studied fewer than four ATAR subjects. Of the ATAR cohort, 52 boys (32 per cent) placed in the top five per cent nationally and 83 boys (47 per cent) finished in the top ten per cent.

Hale is equally proud of the boys who followed a VET pathway, earning valuable qualifications and practical skills that have laid strong foundations for future success across a range of industries.

Importantly, 100 per cent of the Class of 2025 achieved WACE graduation.

These outcomes are underpinned by the dedication and professionalism of Hale’s teaching staff, whose care and expertise support each boy to achieve his personal best, not just in Year 12 but throughout the preceding foundational years, which begin for many students in the Hale Junior School.

Beyond the classroom, the Class of 2025 leaves a lasting legacy. Whether in Chapel, on the sporting field, on stage, in music or through service learning, these graduates embodied the School’s commitment to Duty and contributed richly to the life of the community.

As they now step forward into university study, apprenticeships and new adventures, Hale School congratulates the Class of 2025 and looks forward to welcoming them back to share where their paths have led.
