Hale School is delighted to announce the introduction of its own registered swim club as an extension of the well-established Hale Swim School.
Hale Aquatics Swim Club offers a comprehensive squad system designed to support male and female swimmers of all ages and levels, and includes both competitive and non-competitive pathways.
Led by respected swim coach Harry Clark, formerly of Breakers Swim Club, the program is structured to ensure swimmers develop at an appropriate pace based on their ability, goals and commitment to training.
“Athletes may move in both directions through the squad structure to accommodate their needs at different points in their swimming journey,” Harry explained. “This flexibility ensures that each swimmer is training in the most suitable squad for their current development stage. Progression within the program is guided by coaches who assess each swimmer’s development, fitness level and goals.”
The competitive program includes a mix of pool and dryland training, as well as health and wellbeing support. Members can represent the club at swim meets, ranging from local club meets to state and national meets and championships.
“Hale Aquatics will build on our award-winning Swim School program to provide a swimming pathway from three years of age through to adulthood, whether to maintain fitness or to take their swimming to the next level of competition,” Harry said.
Hale Aquatics is open to the Hale School community – from students to parents and alumni – as well as to members of the public.
Hale Aquatics builds on Hale’s distinguished history in swimming, which includes 40 PSA interschool swim titles and a number of swim greats including former Olympians.
