DESCRIPTION:Speaker: Dr Suzy Killmister\nDr Killmister is an Associate Professor and the Head of Philosophy at Monash University. \n\nWhile dehumanisation is one of the worst things that can be done to a person\, examples of it are not hard to find\, even here in Australia. Dehumanisation can come in many different forms\, and this makes it difficult to identify a root cause or to develop tools to prevent it. This will be explored through the lens of the physical and intellectual skills involved\, from body language to tone of voice\, emotional intelligence to sense of purpose. These skills are vital to developing strong relationships\, young leaders and to supporting young people in their wellbeing and sense of personal fulfilment. \nBen Walden \nBen is an international speaker in the realm of education\, looking at themes of leadership and inspiring communication.
