Redfoot Youth Theatre 2019 Season - My Fair Lady

Our cast of over 80 Redfoot Youth Theatre members from Year 7 to Year 12 are excited to present Lerner and Loewe’s classic musical My Fair Lady

Challenged by Colonel Pickering, phonetics professor Henry Higgins is sure of his abilities to transform a Cockney working-class girl into someone who can pass for a lady of high society.  A flower-seller in the gritty streets of London agrees to be the subject of Higgins’ experiment.  Together with Alfie Doolittle, Freddie Eynsford-Hill, Zoltan Karparthy and many more brilliant characters, the story of Eliza’s experience is witty, distinctive and entertaining.  In the end, with Eliza’s strong will and Higgins’ arrogance, who will be the one transformed?

Winner of a Tony Award for “Best Musical” with catchy songs like With a Little Bit of Luck, Wouldn’t it Be Loverly, The Rain in Spain and Get Me to the Church on Time, this is a show you won’t want to miss! Gaaaarn!

PLEASE NOTE:  Doors open 30 minutes before each performance. Latecomers will not be permitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance (lockout period applies).
