Philosopher in Residence

“Each year Hale School invites a professional philosopher to spend a week speaking to students, staff, parents and the broader community. We are pleased to announce Dr Halliday is our 2019 Philosopher in Residence. Dr Halliday is a Senior Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Melbourne where he has been working since 2011. He has a particular interest in political philosophy. Dr Halliday recently completed the filming of a documentary series titled Ethics Matters which aired on the ABC.
